How do I add or change my WIFI?

You can access your WIFI in two ways.
Navigate to the top of your screen and click on the cog icon to bring up WIFI settings.
On your remote, select the cog button at the top right of the re remote control.

How do I navigate categories when searching for a move or TV show?

Accepted Answer

Located within the movie and TV show app, press on the menu item named "Discover".
The icon will appear as "steering wheel".

Once on the menu item, press your directional pad on your remote to the right.

You can now change the selection to search by genre, year, popular titles, etc

Why isn't my selection ( movie or TV show)  playing?

You may notice an error such as " Downloading to debrid" or "Server limit allowed".

Below are the most common reasons a selectin may not play and quick solutions to resolve the issue.

Check if your subscription is active. You can check the status of your subscription by accessing, "My Subscriptions" at the tip menu of our website.
Double check your WIFI. Ensure your WIFI is active by checking its connectivity on another device.
Server outage or update. You may notice temporary outages during server updates. Commonly the outage time is less than a few hours and will return on its own. These updates are necessary for updating new content and security.

How do I purchase a subscription?

Our subscription plans can be found on our website by the top menu or by scrolling down on the home page.

Select the plan of your choice by pressing the button, "view plan" or " add to cart".
You will be prompted to enter your purchasing information.
Once complete, finalize your order by selecting, "purchase".
Confirmation email will be sent out once transaction is complete followed by your shipping information (tracking number) once the order is fulfilled.

Do you offer promo codes, discounts, or have a referral program?

Yes, we do offer one month free services for each new referral. 
Refer as many new customers as you like.

Please use our referral signup located on our website or email us.

Make sure to submit your referal before they make a purchase.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Navigate to your subscriptions  by pressing on the menu located at the top of the page.
Your subscription will appear with the option to make your change.
A confirmation of change will be displayed once submitted.
